At Sneedville Angels, we believe everyone deserves to know they have a community that cares. Through our Resource Center and community outreach programs, we provide practical assistance to children, families, seniors, and individuals facing difficult circumstances.

All assistance is based on available resources and donations.

Food Pantry

Our Food Pantry provides food and pantry staples to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. We work to make sure our neighbors have access to nutritious food when they need a helping hand.

Blessing Boxes

Our community Blessing Boxes provide convenient access to food and essential items. Neighbors are encouraged to “Take what you need and give what you can.”

Farm Fresh Eggs

When available, we provide farm fresh eggs to help families add nutritious food to their tables.

Clothing Assistance

We provide donated clothing for men, women, and children, including seasonal clothing, shoes, and other necessities as available.

Household Essentials

Families experiencing hardship may receive essential household items when available, including:

• Bed sheets and bedding

• Blankets and comforters

• Bath towels

• Small household necessities

• Other donated essential items

Health & Personal Care

We distribute personal-care and hygiene products as available, including shampoo, toothbrushes, feminine hygiene products, combs, brushes, and other necessities.

Summer Cooling Assistance

During hot weather, we help vulnerable households with window air conditioners and other cooling assistance when resources are available.

Winter Warmth Assistance

During the colder months, Sneedville Angels works to help neighbors stay safe and warm. Assistance may include:

• Firewood

• Propane for heating

• Kerosene for heaters

• Other winter necessities

Winter Warming Center

Our Winter Warming Center provides a safe, warm place for individuals in need during dangerously cold weather when the service is activated.

Shower Facilities

Shower facilities are available for individuals in need, helping provide access to basic hygiene, dignity, and comfort.

Feeding Happiness and Tackling Hunger

Through our Feeding Happiness and Tackling Hunger initiative, we work to address food and essentials insecurity while building a stronger, healthier community. Our efforts include food assistance, Blessing Boxes, fresh-food initiatives, and projects designed to increase access to nutritious food.
